Your VPS server will be added to the custom–made server monitoring system and the minute there’s a trace of a trouble, our skilled tech support engineers will be notified right away.

Weekly Backups

In case you run a repeatedly visited website or a data–heavy web application, it is of crucial importance to have a full back–up copies of everything. But, configuring an automated backup system can be difficult. That is the reason why we offer you our Optional Admin Services deal – we will keep a full backup copy of your VPS server, not only of your websites and hosted content, but of all the custom settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each and every week, preserving all the changes that you have made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost endless set of options, you will sometimes have to install additional pieces of software. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which enables you to call for any of our experienced server administrators to install and set up any software package and to rectify any problem that you’re having with your virtual server.

Our Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an add–on for our KVM VPS Servers.
